Return and Exchange Policy – KS FURNITURE

We value the trust of our customers and aim to provide full transparency through the following return and exchange policy:

1. Orders and Products:

All products sold by KS FURNITURE are custom-made according to the customer’s request and the specifications selected on the product page. They are considered “special orders.”

\\n

Therefore, they are not eligible for return within 7 days, as per Article (13) of the Implementing Regulations of the E-Commerce Law.

\\n

\\n

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after confirmation, except in the following cases:

\\n

A manufacturing defect.

\\n

\\n

A discrepancy from the specifications stated on the customer’s invoice.

\\n

\\n

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange (in case of defect or discrepancy):

\\n

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

\\n

\\n

The product must be:

\\n

\\n

In its original condition.

\\n

\\n

Unused and uninstalled.

\\n

\\n

In its original packaging with all accessories included.

\\n

\\n

\\n

The case will be reviewed by the relevant department before approving any action.

3. Return Not Accepted in the Following Cases:

\\n

Products that have been used or installed.

\\n

\\n

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, towels).

\\n

\\n

Products made specifically based on custom sizes or colors requested by the customer, unless there is a defect or error from our side.

\\n

4. Return Processing and Refund Timeline:

\\n

\\n

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation.

\\n

\\n

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

\\n
